Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on responding to inquiries and building relationships that lead to moves. Duties * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals within designated territories. * Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and referral sources then converting prospects into customers. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using relevant software. * Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote products and expand the client base. * Foster long-term relationships with existing referral sources through regular follow-ups and support. Skills * Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. * Demonstrated success in business development with a focus on cold calling techniques. * Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction. * Experience in inside sales in the moving industry or logistics is advantageous but not required.
