Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on responding to inquiries and building relationships that lead to moves.

Duties

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals within designated territories.
• Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and referral sources then converting prospects into customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using relevant software.
• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote products and expand the client base.
• Foster long-term relationships with existing referral sources through regular follow-ups and support. Skills
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
• Demonstrated success in business development with a focus on cold calling techniques.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Experience in inside sales in the moving industry or logistics is advantageous but not required.
