As an Account Executive at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. What you will be doing * Building and nurturing client relationships to understand their needs and objectives. * Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients. * Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. * Providing regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and outcomes. * Identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion through upselling and cross-selling of services. Your profile * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in account management or sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. * Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional client service.
