About the Role

This is not your average entry-level sales job. You'll be working directly under Chris Voss --former FBI hostage negotiator, bestselling author of Never Split the Difference , and founder of The Black Swan Group. You'll start at the ground floor, supporting Chris with lead follow-up from live events, trainings, and speaking engagements. You'll learn the Black Swan Method from the inside out. If you've got the drive, this is a launchpad--not a desk job. What You 'll Do

• Follow up with warm leads from Chris's events and trainings
• Use Tactical Empathy to build trust, uncover needs, and move conversations forward
• Track all communication in our CRM and support the sales team with consistency and precision
• Work closely with a small, elite team based out of Chris's home office in Las Vegas
• Commit to mastering sales through deep coaching and real-world reps Who We 're Looking For
• Located in or able to relocate to Las Vegas
• Comfortable working hybrid: remotely and in-person
• A great communicator and active listener
• Curious, coachable, and hungry to grow
• Able to handle pressure and feedback without flinching
• No prior sales experience required--but drive, discipline, and coachability are non-negotiable Hiring Process

• Short assessment (we're looking at how you think, not just what you know)
• Three interviews (final round is with Chris Voss himself)
