About You * Must be comfortable walking on roof * Self- motivated * Able to work independently * Attention to detail * Can lift/carry 50-80 lbs * Be able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system * Clean driving record, required * Background check, required * No prior sales experience required * No roofing experience required Initial Training * Comprehensive 12-week paid training program * 3 weeks classroom training, 9 weeks field training * Lodging provided for classroom training Benefits * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * 401(k) with match * Five weeks time off * Referral bonus * Employee discount * Performance driven rewards such as vacations, electronics, gift cards, and tickets to concerts and sporting events * Quarterly team events (ex.
