On The Go Portable Oxygen is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and highly driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be helping customers across the country gain access to life-changing portable oxygen concentrators -- a vital tool that enhances their quality of life. Responsibilities

:

• Manage a high volume of inbound hot leads daily.
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of our portable oxygen concentrators.
• Build trust and rapport quickly through compassionate and consultative conversations.
• Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to close.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up consistently with interested customers to ensure conversion.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.
• Work closely with management for ongoing training and performance optimization.

Qualifications

:

• Proven Top Closer -- previous inside sales or high-ticket sales experience strongly preferred.
• Personality for Sales -- people have told you your whole life you should be in sales.
• Proficient with CRM systems -- ability to navigate and update records quickly and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills -- articulate, empathetic, and persuasive.
• High energy and strong work ethic -- thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented -- commission-only is exciting, not intimidating.
• Ability to multitask -- manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
