Responsibilities: * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle options. * Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. * Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. * Participate in sales meetings and training programs. * Maintain a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record. Requirements: * Must have a valid Driver's License and an acceptable Driving record. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * High level of motivation and a positive attitude. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment. * No prior sales experience required; we provide comprehensive training. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * 18 years or older Benefits: * Competitive pay with potential earnings ranging from $3,000.00 to $15,000.00 per month.
