In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling transactions, and promoting products effectively. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and improve sales performance.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies with professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and provide exceptional service.
• Ensuring booth cleanliness, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to setup the tent and handle weights of about 20 pounds for the setup
• Participating in on-site training to become proficient in booth operations.
• Demonstrating a strong passion for our jewelry and the environment. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous retail or sales experience is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills are necessary.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage.
• Reliability and dedication to our jewelry and environmental mission.
• Comfortable with credit card transactions on our POS system. LOCATION AND TIME : Address: SoWa Power Station, 550 Harrison Ave, Boston, MA 02118 Hours: Sundays, 9:30AM - 4:30PM Dates: May 18th , May 25th , June 1st , June 8th , June 15th - Potential for more dates August - October.
