We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable Seasonal Sales Associates to join our teams at our Seaport and North End stores for the spring/summer! What You'll Get: * Employee Discount on all Polkadog goodies * Bonus potential based on team performance * Flexible scheduling (perfect for students, travelers, or anyone looking for extra hours!) * Opportunity to work at a beloved, growing local brand * Fun, supportive, and pet-loving team environment What You'll Do: * Greet every customer warmly and ensure outstanding service * Engage customers with product knowledge, suggestive selling, and pet care tips * Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly * Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store * Assist with inventory intake and restocking (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs) * Support in-store events -- from setup to breakdown * Collaborate with teammates to meet daily and seasonal sales goals * Work one weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) as part of your schedule * Stand for extended periods (7+ hour shifts) Who You Are: * Passionate about pets and customer service * Friendly, energetic, and a team player * Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling * Experienced in retail sales and cash handling (preferred) * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills * Basic math skills for handling transactions This is a seasonal, part-time position for the spring/summer with opportunities for future openings based on performance and business needs.
