Overview

: We are seeking an engaging, sales driven Store Manager for our Flagship boutique at Caesars Palace. As a Store Manager, you will partner with the General Manager and be responsible for the daily operations of our boutique and driving sales. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with strong selling skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Duties

: -Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals -Drive KPIS and exceed all sales goals, including personal sales goals -Engage and connect with clients on a personal level to develop relationship after the sale -Build a clientele book to drive sales over the phone and by sending out consignment boxes -Build a develop a team of strong sellers who can exceed goals and build client relationships -Build relationships with local community to do in store and off-site events

Qualifications

: - Proven experience in Retail Sales Management achieving and exceeding sales goals - Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively - Ability to build and maintain a client book and loyal client following - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
