Job Summary

: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Duties

: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products or services - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Qualifications

: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy store appearance - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Proficient in using technology for sales transactions and inventory management - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
