Job Summary Our team is expanding throughout the Salt Lake City area. We are seeking motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. You will utilize your customer service skills to understand client needs, promote our products, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and business development. Duties * Comfortable in talking to existing and prospective clients about their Health Coverage needs * Engage in warm calling efforts to follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns- No cold calls. * Leads provided * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends. * Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and reporting on performance metrics. * Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills. Skills * Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development is preferred. * Ability to effectively market products and services to potential clients. * Experience with outbound calling techniques, including warm calling strategies. * Familiarity with relevant software applications for sales tracking and customer management. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
