We helped the Defense Health Agency save $25M --and now we're scaling through direct sales and strategic reseller partnerships We're hiring a Director of Sales to lead both sides of our go-to-market strategy--direct government sales and reseller partnerships. • $240K -$300K+ total comp (base + commissions + bonuses)

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for direct government deals--from prospecting to close
• Build and manage relationships with key DoD buyers and acquisition teams
• Recruit, activate, and support high-performing resellers and integrators
• Navigate federal procurement programs (GSA, SEWP, DoD ESI, etc)
• Drive pipeline growth and forecast revenue in Hubspot
• Represent Pylon at top industry events (AFCEA, NDIA, TechNet, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing on sales materials, training, and partner enablement

Requirements

• Proven success in direct federal sales and/or channel management
• Strong federal network and ability to turn connections into revenue
• Expertise in government procurement and contract vehicles
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar)
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks (RMF, NIST) is a plus

Compensation

• Base salary: $90,000 - $150,000
• OTE: $240,000 - $300,000+ (commissions and bonuses)
