We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals through personalized care and treatments using cutting-edge technology. Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Spa Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, coupled with a genuine interest in aesthetics, holistic health, and wellness. In this role, you will engage directly with clients and potential clients by understanding their needs, then providing customized solutions to drive sales and enhance client satisfaction. You must be confident in networking, building relationships, and representing our brand both inside and outside of the spa. Key Responsibilities: * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client engagement and upselling strategies. * Educate clients and potentials clients on Beauty Factory's services including HydraFacials, laser, massage and other aesthetic treatments. * Encourage clients to become members of our branded Self-Care Club to ensure wellness treatments stay up to date. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Attend networking events and build partnerships within the community to promote the spa's services. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and services offered at the spa. * Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional client experience. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industries. * Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. * Genuine passion for aesthetics, holistic health, and wellness. * Stellar communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. * Ability to confidently network and represent the brand at events. * Knowledge of skincare, body treatments, and holistic therapies is a plus.
