Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. * Engage in outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach, to promote our energy solutions. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales techniques. * Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Requirements * Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others. * Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. * Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while being self-motivated. * Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Willingness to engage in door-to-door sales as part of the outreach strategy. * Wear provided uniform during work hours. * Attend daily morning meetings. * Have cellphone with internet and data, in order to keep contact with clients and team members.
