Total target minimum compensation $100,000 + per year. Works Schedule: Monday through Friday with some weekend appointments Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality. The Comfort Consultant may regulate their own work hours accordingly. What you will be doing: * Meeting with customers in their homes * Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs * Educating customers on HVAC equipment and in-door air quality products * Clear and concise communication with company's customers and employees * Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process * Hands on training on sales process and equipment * Build long-term successful client relationships Qualifications: * Comfortable working directly with consumers in their homes * 2+ years consultative sales experience * Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office * Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing a 12" ladder and working in tight spaces (attics) * Time management, organization, and presentation skills * Sales pipeline management skills * Strong interpersonal & follow up skills * In-home sales experience desired, we will train * HVAC or similar industry experienced desired * Valid driver's license and insurable driving record * Desire to earn $150K+ Learn more about us: [please apply online]
