Whether it's educating customers about our latest plans, troubleshooting wireless devices, or closing sales, you'll be the go-to expert for all things wireless as a Wireless Sales Agent. Wireless Sales Agents Key Responsibilities: * Customer Consultation: Actively engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and guide them to the best products and services. * Sales Excellence: Drive sales by recommending wireless devices, accessories, plans, and services that align with customer needs, while meeting or exceeding individual and store goals. * Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless technology, phones, and plans. Use this knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits to customers. * Customer Support: Provide after-sale assistance, helping customers set up their new devices, troubleshoot issues, or upgrade their plans when necessary. * Sales Transactions: Process transactions efficiently, handling both cash and card payments, as well as returns, exchanges, and device activations. * Promotions and Incentives: Stay informed about ongoing promotions and special deals to offer customers the best value and encourage upselling. * Customer Loyalty: Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns, and fostering trust to encourage repeat business. Wireless Sales Agents Qualifications: * Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or wireless technology, is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidates with a passion for customer service and technology. * Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, listen to their needs, and provide clear, concise information. * Tech Savvy: Strong interest in technology and wireless products, with the ability to quickly learn about new devices and services. * Customer Focus: A dedication to providing the best possible customer experience with a friendly, patient, and helpful attitude. * Problem Solving: Ability to handle customer questions, concerns, and troubleshooting needs with professionalism and efficiency. * Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work with the Wireless Sales Agent team to achieve sales goals, ensure a positive store environment, and improve overall customer satisfaction. * Flexible Schedule: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
