Standard Enterprises has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Property Manager in the Sterlington, LA area! THIS WILL BE A PART TIME (24 HRS PER WEEK) POSITION The Property Manager is responsible for: * Excellent customer service * Daily management and coordination of all aspects of apartment community operations * Rent collection * Apartment leasing * Maintaining files for corporate and government compliance * Inspections * Re-certifications * Supervision of all office and maintenance staff * Requirements: * Strong computer skills * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to operate all office equipment * Previous customer service, sales and marketing experience * Working knowledge of HUD, Section 8, Tax Credit, Eviction Law and Fair Housing regulations * Ability to walk the property and climb stairs * Posses a valid drivers license Why you should work for Standard: * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance available * Generous vacation and sick leave policy * Annual awards recognizing employee achievements throughout the year * Company-wide social events * A work family you can always rely on Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Expected hours: 24 per week Schedule: * Day shift * Holidays Experience: * Property Management: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Vicksburg, MS 39180 (Required) Work Location: In person
