Standard Enterprises has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Property Manager in the Sterlington, LA area! THIS WILL BE A PART TIME (24 HRS PER WEEK) POSITION The Property Manager is responsible for:

• Excellent customer service
• Daily management and coordination of all aspects of apartment community operations
• Rent collection
• Apartment leasing
• Maintaining files for corporate and government compliance
• Inspections
• Re-certifications
• Supervision of all office and maintenance staff

Requirements

:

• Strong computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate all office equipment
• Previous customer service, sales and marketing experience
• Working knowledge of HUD, Section 8, Tax Credit, Eviction Law and Fair Housing regulations
• Ability to walk the property and climb stairs
