We are seeking a Sales Project Manager to join our competitive, fast-paced sales team. The ideal candidate has a willingness to learn, self-motivated, organized and customer oriented. There is a paid training program and resources available to help you get started. With target goals met, the Project Manager has high earning potential (90K-250K) and the opportunity for financial and career advancement as our company continues to expand. Company Summary IBC is a sales organization that specializes in roofing. We help homeowners navigate the insurance process after environmental events such as wind, hail, and hurricanes. We are located in Roanoke, VA and cover anything in a 50 mile radius of Roanoke, VA.

Responsibilities

-Generate and follow up with leads - Coordinate projects from initiation to completion - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction -40 hour work week, some weekends required
