Our brand new TownePlace Suites Las Vegas North I15 is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor/Sales Coordinator to join the team.

Responsibilities

:

• Supervise and lead an excellent front desk operations through elevated Guest Satisfaction Surveys and brand standard requirements.
• Provide and complete all group business for sleeping rooms.
• Follow up on all group blocks. This includes making courtesy calls to groups reminding them of their cut-off dates, etc.
• Enter group reservations, ensure that any special requests are met and the group needs are properly accommodated.
• Knowledgeable of all current emergency policies and procedures.
• Cover front desk shifts as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask and have exceptional organizational skills.
• Fosse experience preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
