Our brand new TownePlace Suites Las Vegas North I15 is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor/Sales Coordinator to join the team. Responsibilities: * Supervise and lead an excellent front desk operations through elevated Guest Satisfaction Surveys and brand standard requirements. * Provide and complete all group business for sleeping rooms. * Follow up on all group blocks. This includes making courtesy calls to groups reminding them of their cut-off dates, etc. * Enter group reservations, ensure that any special requests are met and the group needs are properly accommodated. * Knowledgeable of all current emergency policies and procedures. * Cover front desk shifts as needed. * Perform any other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be able to speak and understand English. * Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds without assistance. * Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Must be able to multitask and have exceptional organizational skills. * Fosse experience preferred.
