Sierra Auto Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Pre-Owned/Used Car Director to join our leadership team in Monrovia, CA. This is a rare opportunity to take on a key role within a growing automotive group managing multiple rooftops. Key Responsibilities: * Leverage technology and data to procure and maintain optimal inventory levels of profitable used vehicles. * Manage front-line merchandising to maximize visibility and sales velocity. * Oversee wholesale operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability. * Drive performance through effective leadership, strategy, and execution. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Owned/Used Car Director. * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and success in used vehicle operations across multiple rooftops. * Deep understanding of inventory management tools and data-driven sourcing. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Track record of profitability and operational excellence Compensation: Annual salary ranges from $240,000 to $360,000, based on experience and performance.
