Full description of the position

As a Clinical Specialist, you will serve as a technical expert on all things ChoiceSpine--providing vital product knowledge and clinical support to our customers, sales force, and internal teams. The role includes extensive travel (up to 75%), and when not traveling, you will work onsite at our Knoxville, TN office. Key Responsibilities: * Product Expert: Be the go-to resource for the utilization of ChoiceSpine products. * Clinical Support: Assist customers and staff during surgical cases. * Training: Lead product training for sales teams and internal stakeholders, including wet/dry labs and in-office sessions. * Engineering Feedback: Communicate field feedback to support product development and improvements. * Regulatory Coordination: Collaborate with regulatory teams on clinical requirements. * Inventory Collaboration: Coordinate with support teams to manage product delivery and returns. * Sales Enablement: Build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities. Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of one year of experience supporting spinal implant usage in surgical environments is required; entry-level candidates with relevant medical device experience will also be considered. Education: A Bachelor of Science (BS) is required; biomedical engineering is preferred for entry-level applicants. Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication * Strong work ethic and self-motivation * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and experience with computer design modeling software preferred.
