Title: Business Development Associate - Intake Location: Office

Compensation

: $22/hour Base + Uncapped Bonuses

About the Role

: We're not looking for order takers. We're looking for sales assassins. Your role is to connect with warm leads, uncover their needs, and move them into action--fast. You'll be the first impression of our brand, and the reason they say "yes." You will:

• Make 100+ dials/day to warm inbound and follow-up leads
• Convert 4+ qualified sign-ups per day (minimum performance expectation)
• Track performance and own your pipeline like a pro
• Use scripts + adapt on the fly to objections and different personalities
• Crush KPIs, then help us raise the bar
• Thrive under accountability and pace We provide:
