Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a property. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be knowledgeable in property management practices. Central location in the Reno/Sparks area Part time: Approximately 20-25 hour per week at $21/hr. -- If you can offer handyman/maintenance skills and you can help with maintenance duties we will offer up to $29/hr. Housing not offered but we do have available RV space.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the property - Handle tenant concerns and maintain positive customer relationships - Supervise maintenance staff and contractors - Conduct property inspections and address any issues promptly

Requirements

- Proficiency in conflict management and problem-solving - Experience in office and facilities management - Knowledge of property management principles and practices Job Type: Part-time Pay: Up to $25,200.00 per year Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
