As a sales representative you will be joining a highly energized team who is passionate about enriching the lives of our homeowners! We are looking for talented sales consultants who have had in-home sales experience. Who can help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience. As a sales consultant we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers through a superior homeowner experience while displaying drive and motivation for top results. *LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT: *Our program starts with in-class training, during which you learn step by step how to sell the products we provide! (Heating & Air Conditioning, Windows & Doors, Roofing Systems, Exterior Coating etc.) Our sales Managers will continue to coach and build the skills and confidence you need to get the results you strive for with ongoing training. COMPENSATION: Commission based compensation after training and a realistic earning potential of $125,000 - $350,000 annually within your first year. Our compensation plans reward solid performance with a strong commission rate. LEAD GENERATION : Appointments are 100% generated in house and you will receive qualified, pre-set appointments. We have an incredible marketing machine that works to bring in the appointments through traditional and non- traditional forms of marketing.
