About us Mike Le LLC is a forward thinking team business in Plantation, FL. We are professional, agile and our goal is to deliver our clients unparalleled experiences by offering the best quality products at an affordable price point. Benefit specialists desired to be part of expanding sales team. We are searching for new sales representatives to grow our current customer base. We'll offer leadership, development, and training. Candidates need to have a positive outlook, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Sales representatives will be responsible for following up with new client inquires, conducting sales presentations, and building relationships. A typical sales presentation is conducted via a live zoom or similar screenshare based presentation. Once a sale is complete, sales representatives are expected to maintain a productive client relationship and service their accounts accordingly. The sales representative position will include but not be limited to offering business development products and benefit packages. Our typical client includes small businesses, mid size businesses, single individuals and families. If opportunities arise to present other products outside of the original inquiry, a working knowledge of all products is required for cross selling. This is a full time position. Applicants must be able to work in office. We do not have any remote opportunities available. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with U.S. work authorization. A high level of proficiency in the English language is necessary for success. Sales Representative Requirements: * Understanding of price vs value selling. * Computer proficiency with the ability to work with email, excel, basic CRM's. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Effective communication skills. * Customer service skills. * Competitive TEAM FIRST mindset. Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Following up client inquires in a timely manner. * Identifying qualified customers and directing them to the appropriate products. * Preparing sales presentations respective to the inquiry. * Reaching sales targets. * Researching competitors' products. * Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals. * Building long term relationship through the sales process. * Developing skills via our extensive training process.
