Full description of the position

Position Overview As the Inside Sales & Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in driving new client acquisition and building brand awareness. You'll manage targeted outreach campaigns in Salesforce, manage our LinkedIn content calendar, and handle the sales process from initial prospecting through deal close. This is an onsite role to start, with the potential for hybrid flexibility in the future. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities * Research and identify potential clients and RFP opportunities. * Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach; monitoring of prospect inquires sent to inbound mailbox. * Qualify inbound leads and manage follow-ups. * Manage and update Salesforce (SFDC) records and sales pipeline data, including recurring pipeline reports and dashboards * Work closely with leadership to support deal closing and client onboarding. Marketing Responsibilities * Execute the company's social media calendar, with a focus on LinkedIn content creation and engagement. * Support execution of email marketing campaigns and tracking performance. * Assist with basic content creation (social posts, short-form copy, or coordinating with design/contractors). * Help identify opportunities for paid ads, SEO improvements, or digital campaigns. * Track and report on marketing metrics and lead conversion rates. * Support conference calendar planning and execution as well as post-conference prospect follow-ups Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. * 0-2 years of professional experience (internships or project-based work is a plus). * Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Highly organized, analytical, and motivated to hit goals and grow in the role.
