Overview

Sales Associate is responsible for selling new and used vehicles to meet volume standards while providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.
• Active listening to best determine a customer's wants and needs while assisting them in their car purchase.
• Explain vehicle's Feature, Function, and

• Perform high-quality professional and knowledgeable presentation of new and used vehicles.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other Salespeople
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. What are the requirements?

• Must have a clean and Valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing to submit a drug screen prior to employment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
