Position Overview Sales Associate is responsible for selling new and used vehicles to meet volume standards while providing an exceptional customer experience. * Approach, greet, and offer assistance to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot. * Active listening to best determine a customer's wants and needs while assisting them in their car purchase. * Explain vehicle's Feature, Function, and Benefits to prospects. * Perform high-quality professional and knowledgeable presentation of new and used vehicles. * Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building. * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. * Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other Salespeople * Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
