Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. * Provide knowledgeable information about products to enhance the customer experience. * Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately, handling transactions with care. * Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. * Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items. * Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to store policies. * Communicate effectively with customers via phone etiquette for inquiries or support. * Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Qualifications * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations. * Bilingual (Spanish and English ) abilities are required to assist a diverse customer base. * Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is beneficial but not required.
