Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team! We are currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent at Westlake at Summer Coves Apartments, a 375+ multifamily residential apartment community located in Houston, TX. Apartment Leasing Agent/Consultant Job

Responsibilities

include, but not limited to the following :

• Handling new lease process from initial tour to move in. Including but not limited to meeting and greeting prospective residents, conduct property presentation, application processing, through closing and lease signing
• Perform strong outreach marketing
• Daily follow up on leads ensuring all questions are answered
• Conduct daily tour path and curb appeal inspections
• Preparation of lease and move in paperwork
• Completion of weekly traffic reports
• Generate resident service requests and assist with general lease questions
• Provide excellent customer service in effort of increasing resident retention
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment Job

Requirements

:

• Minimum 2 years residential property leasing experience
• Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; computer savvy
