Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team! We are currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent at Westlake at Summer Coves Apartments, a 375+ multifamily residential apartment community located in Houston, TX. Apartment Leasing Agent/Consultant Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following : * Handling new lease process from initial tour to move in. Including but not limited to meeting and greeting prospective residents, conduct property presentation, application processing, through closing and lease signing * Perform strong outreach marketing * Daily follow up on leads ensuring all questions are answered * Conduct daily tour path and curb appeal inspections * Preparation of lease and move in paperwork * Completion of weekly traffic reports * Generate resident service requests and assist with general lease questions * Provide excellent customer service in effort of increasing resident retention * Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment Job Requirements : * Minimum 2 years residential property leasing experience * Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; computer savvy * Yardi Experience required We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, plus a very generous commission structure!
