Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Leasing Specialist to join our team. This position will allow you to work independently and is a mix of working from home and conducting property tours on site. The hours are flexible and can fit to your schedule, making the position ideal for students or those seeking part-time employment. If desired, full time hours will be available seasonally. The ideal candidate will have strong organization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple listings. The candidate is responsible for managing the advertising and showing process of residential properties, ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members. Responsibilities * Build and post advertisements for available properties on rental websites. * Respond to inquiries and schedule tours. * Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and highlighting key features to potential renters. * Provide management with interested parties that successfully convert to tenants * Collaborate with property management/maintenance teams to ensure properties are in showing condition. * Update rental unit photographs as needed. * Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants. * Communicative with current residents if the property being shown is occupied. * Adhere to local, state, and federal laws. Qualifications * Experience in customer service related fields. * Must have reliable transportation. * Strong organization skills and responsiveness. * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. * Must have reliable transportation. This is a contract position. In addition to the hourly rate, the position will pay $0.60 per mile for distances driven. Job Type: Contract Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week Work Location: Remote
