As we continue to expand, we are looking for driven and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team and help us grow. Key Responsibilities * Engage with potential buyers and provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and online. * Prospect for new leads through various channels, including walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries. * Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Manage and follow up with leads assigned through our CRM system and track progress. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using relevant software tools. * Maintain a thorough knowledge of inventory by reviewing vehicle availability and pricing daily. * Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options. * Work closely with the finance team to finalize deals and ensure compliance with dealership policies. * Stay informed on industry trends and competitive strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Skills * Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. * Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Self-motivated and goal-driven with a competitive mindset. * Proficiency in using software tools for managing customer information and sales processes. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
