Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and account management, with the ability to effectively manage and analyze sales territories. This role requires a proactive approach to technology sales, with an emphasis on building relationships and driving direct sales efforts. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Manage assigned territory sales by identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategically position our products. * Conduct inside sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations. * Collaborate with the sales management team to create effective sales strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status. Requirements * Proven experience in customer service and account management. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess territory performance. * Experience in technology sales or related fields is preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Proficiency in managing direct sales processes from lead generation to closing deals. * Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required. * A proactive attitude towards learning new products and market developments.
