Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and account management, with the ability to effectively manage and analyze sales territories. This role requires a proactive approach to technology sales, with an emphasis on building relationships and driving direct sales efforts. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage assigned territory sales by identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategically position our products.
• Conduct inside sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to create effective sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and account management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess territory performance.
• Experience in technology sales or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in managing direct sales processes from lead generation to closing deals.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
