THIS IS A HIGH-TICKET CONSULTATIVE SALES POSITION This role focuses on helping patients understand and commit to valuable treatment options not typically covered by insurance. Your expertise in overcoming financial objections and building value for $8,000-$10,000 treatment plans is essential to success in this position. THE ROLE: HIGH-VALUE SALES WITH PURPOSE As our Sales Executive, you will: * Conduct consultative sales presentations for high-value patient treatment plans * Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to closing * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion ratios * Address complex objections related to insurance coverage and financial investments * Guide patients through significant healthcare investment decisions * Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities and results * Develop and implement effective follow-up strategies for prospects * Work collaboratively with our clinical team SCHEDULE * Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (with 1-hour unpaid lunch break) * Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (with 1-hour unpaid lunch break) * Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (with 1-hour unpaid lunch break) * Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (with 1-hour unpaid lunch break) * Friday: As needed * Occasional weekend events with advance notice The base schedule is 37.5 hours per week (Monday through Thursday), with additional hours as needed for Fridays and occasional weekend events.
