Job Responsibilities: 1. Building and maintaining client relationships by providing excellent customer service. 2. Assessing clients' insurance needs and recommending suitable coverage options. 3. Explaining policy details, terms, and conditions to clients in a clear and concise manner. 4. Preparing and presenting insurance quotes to clients. 5. Processing policy changes, endorsements, and claims. 6. Conducting regular policy reviews to ensure clients' coverage needs are met. 7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations. 8. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the agency.
