Inside Sales - Freight Logistics Oklahoma City, OK We're seeking a driven Inside Sales Associate to manage daily freight bookings, work with 3PL brokers, and oversee load logistics. Ideal candidates have transportation or inside sales experience, excel in fast-paced environments, and communicate effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Book freight with 3PL brokers and manage load boards. * Coordinate with Fleet Managers and customers professionally. * Enter and update load data, appointments, and modifications. * Handle high email volume and prioritize tasks efficiently. * Negotiate freight terms and manage driver assignments. * Ensure compliance with policies and customer expectations. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of transportation or sales experience preferred. * Strong customer service, negotiation, and planning skills. * Detail-oriented, quick-witted, and able to retain information. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Excellent communication, critical thinking, and listening skills. * Competitive mindset with grit and drive to succeed. * Punctual, organized, and efficient with workload management.
