Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess competitive landscape.
• Engage in cold calling to generate leads and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Work closely with the business owner in developing strategies and communication to drive new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness.
• Work in a style that is detailed, organized and reliable.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or territory sales, preferably within the construction sector.
• Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
