Overview

We pride ourselves on outstanding customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with our clients. We are growing rapidly and looking to add a motivated Inside Sales Representative to our team to help expand our reoccurring service contracts.

Duties

• Make outbound phone calls to recent customers using provided lead lists
• Educate clients on the benefits of recurring window cleaning services
• Offer and sell customized reoccurring service packages (bi-annual or tri-annual)
• Record client interactions and sales outcomes in our CRM system
• Follow-up with interested customers and close contracts
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding Skills
• Prior sales, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred (especially in service industries)
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Comfortable working with scripts while personalizing conversations
• Highly organized with attention to detail when recording client information
