This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced results- driven professional. Work for an upscale family manufacturer in the USA with a global presence. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and successfully opening new accounts. We are looking for an individual with intelligent communication skills, knowledge of the skincare salon/spa market in the USA and experience with high end resorts and spas.

Responsibilities

: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound calling/emailing. Cold Outreach: You will have a daily outreach goal for prospecting new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and leads using our CRM software. Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Repechage products to effectively communicate key benefits to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products or services to clients. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Skincare Industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) is required. Minimum BA degree We offer competitive compensation packages, including salary plus commission.
