Requirements Responsibilities * Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being. * Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients. * Achieve sales targets through consultative selling. * Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments. * Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care. Skills * Previous experience in a similar role within the aesthetic or retail industry is highly desirable. * Excellent Client Service Skills. * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling. * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures. * Kind and professional. * Responsible and compassionate. * Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
