Sales Stylist Job Description & Responsibilities: Sales Stylists must remain up-to-date on popular fashions and how to make the best wardrobe decisions. By using their expertise and sense of style, stylists at The Closet Trading Co. provide excellent customer service skills to dozens of shoppers every day. Responsibilities Include: * Achieve personal monthly/daily sales goals while supporting the overall goals of the team * Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new products and invite them to upcoming events * Perform daily maintenance tasks including inventory control, re-merchandising displays, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light housekeeping * Photograph and submit inventory to be added to our online store * Maintain an organized work space * Be able to clearly communicate important and relevant information as it relates to day-to-day store operations Must have a minimum weekly availability of three days, including at least one weekend day. Retail experience is not required but highly preferred.
