Job description We're seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Client Relations Professional to join our team and help expand our footprint in the construction industry throughout the Phoenix area. This role is centered around building relationships with contractors and project leaders, promoting our full line of rental products --including generators , temporary power , portable restrooms , waste management , and fencing solutions. If you have a strong background in construction sales and understand the importance of site-ready support services, this is the opportunity for you. Industry knowledge is a must to be considered for this role. We're looking for someone who understands the equipment, the urgency, and the demands of construction job sites. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and grow a customer base within the construction and contractor market. * Promote and sell generator rentals , power equipment , and site services including porta-johns , fencing , and waste management. * Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, site visits, and referrals. * Maintain strong client relationships through reliable communication and follow-up. * Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring services align with project timelines and expectations. * Stay up to date on jobsite trends, project needs, and competitor offerings. Qualifications: * Generator knowledge is required , including the ability to speak to specs, applications, and power needs on jobsites. * Experience in construction-related sales or jobsite service rentals. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. * Self-starter with the ability to manage time, accounts, and sales goals independently. * Background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment is a strong advantage.
