Overview

: Goods Electric Heating & Air is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative who aligns with our core values, is detail-orientated and thrives in a fast- paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating installation schedules, and ensuring a seamless process from sale to project completion. This role involves supporting the sales team, maintaining customer satisfaction, and overseeing the efficient execution of installations.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
• Proven experience in sales or similar role
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Google Calendar, Gmail, ETC.), Microsoft Office, and Dropbox or similar platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to upholding the company's values Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday) Base Pay: $60k per year
