ABOUT THE JOB As an Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our sales motion, acquiring new customers, and fostering long-term partnerships with SMB and mid-market companies. You will anticipate how clients make decisions, explore their needs, and fit our products into their rhythm. You will manage opportunities throughout the growth cycle simultaneously, serving as the primary prospect contact and working with cross-functional team members as needed.. You will embrace and manage the new, using your ability to work with other team members to advocate for clients and achieve success. You will face down doubt within skeptical prospects, and you will make the ambiguous clear. LegalSifter is set to explode, and you will help us do just that. WHAT YOU'LL DO * The Irvine, California office provides a comfortable work environment from Monday to Thursday. * Own the full sales process - from outbound prospecting to negotiating and closing deals. * Partner closely with Sales Engineers to deliver tailored demos and drive technical alignment. * Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates to the leadership team. * May require modified work hours to accommodate accounts in other time zones, and minimal, but occasional travel for accounts that require a higher touch to achieve closure. * Develop your career and sales expertise through direct mentorship, hands-on leadership support, and ongoing skill development. WHAT YOU'LL NEED * 1+ years of consultative selling into accounts particularly in Tech, SaaS. * Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. * Leverage LegalSifter stakeholders to accelerate deal progression. * Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline hygiene. * Passion and eyes set on learning a new sales methodology and running opportunities from discovery to close. * Track record of exceeding expectations and quota. * Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new business and technical concepts. * Competitive attitude with positive sportsmanship to be able to collaborate with peers. * Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
