Responsibilities: * Attend pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners. * Assess issues within the home and design the best solution for each customer. * Conduct inspections and prepare detailed proposals (including photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing, and job worksheets). * Follow up with customers via phone and in-person visits as needed. * Consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Requirements: * 1+ years of outside sales or in-home consultation experience preferred. * Experience in home inspection, residential sales, or home improvement is a plus. * Construction knowledge is helpful but not required. * Must be comfortable entering crawlspaces under homes. * Strong listening, communication, closing, and follow-up skills. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
