Duties * Assist the sales team in managing accounts and maintaining client relationships. * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for upselling. * Support business development initiatives by researching potential leads and territories. * Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM software. * Prepare reports on sales performance metrics to help guide strategic decisions. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
