Job Overview Established full-service hotel needs a go getter for Director of Sales and Marketing. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a proven track record in business development and the burning desire to be #1. You must possess exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage outside sales accounts effectively. Requirements * Proven experience in a Sales leadership role in a full- service hotel. * Strong background in outside sales and account management in the hotel and special events industry. * Proficient meeting and special event planner with a commitment to exceeding client expectations. * Experience in business development, including market analysis. Knowing where to look for the business and the drive to go out and get it. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing the deal.
