$5,000 signing bonus for experienced home improvement sales professionals! State Roofing is adding to our sales team in Western, WA due to our record breaking growth! Enjoy paid training and uncapped commission. Many of our Specialists across our divisions have worked at State Roofing & Exteriors for over a decade. You must have prior experience selling roofing, siding, decking or windows to be considered for this position. This position is based from a home office with two in person sales meetings per month in our Tacoma, WA or Marysville, WA location, whichever location is closest to you. We are hiring in the Seattle market, which covers from south Seattle to Bellingham. This is a commission only position, that requires diligent work and dedication the process to ensure you reach and exceed your plan each year. State Roofing & Exteriors offers significant inbound leads, sales training, and the ability to represent the name homeowners have trusted for over 55-years in the PNW. Roofing Specialist Description: The Roofing Specialist at State Roofing & Exteriors is an integral role, responsible for representing State Roofing & Exteriors and ensuring customers receive the best home improvement experience in Western Washington. Roofing Specialists work varied schedules Monday-Saturday (5-6 days per week depending on the sales representatives preference), presenting the State Roofing & Exteriors value proposition to homeowners, providing estimates, communicating with the operation's team, and production teams in a timely and thorough manner, and following up with customers to ensure they are completely satisfied with their project. A "can-do" customer service attitude, attention to detail and desire to be your best will be critical assets in the role. Your appointments will be primarily from south Seattle to Bellingham, but the ability to meet with potential customers from Bellingham to Olympia is required. Qualifications and experience necessary: * In-home sales - must have at least 2-years experience to be considered for the role. * Reliable, professional transportation * Professional communication and presentation skills * HS Diploma or equivalent * Prospecting and pipeline development * Customer service * Home Improvement / construction * Demonstrable resilience, positivity and perseverance Compensation ranges assume the candidate meets minimum sales goals or higher. Commissions are uncapped, however, we believe providing reasonable ranges of compensation lead to the best employment arrangements for all.
