What You 'll Do as a Wireless Sales Account Associate: * Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend tailored wireless solutions * Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers to help them make educated decisions * Collaborate with Wireless Sales Account Associate team members to strategize and track sales performance * Build strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and maximize sales opportunities * Lead and participate in Wireless Sales Account Associate training sessions to improve sales techniques and team efficiency * Adhere to company and client guidelines and CDC protocols during all customer interactions Our Wireless Sales Account Associates Receive Comprehensive Training In The Following Areas: * Customer engagement and service strategies * Product and service knowledge * Sales techniques and negotiation skills * CRM systems and data tracking * Compliance policies What We 're Looking For In A Wireless Sales Account Associate: * Experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required (full training provided) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * A positive, people-focused attitude and passion for helping customers * Tech-savvy and eager to learn about wireless communication solutions * Self-motivated with a desire to develop new skills and grow within the role * High school diploma or equivalent is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,704.00 - $56,855.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
